About us

The Italo-Australian Welfare & Cultural Centre Inc (IAWCC) has supported the Italian-Australian community in WA since 1956 through many diverse aged care, welfare, education, childcare, volunteering and emergency relief programs, including a variety of cultural initiatives.

Who We Are

Empowering communities through diverse care and educational initatives

The Italo-Australian Welfare & Culture Centre Inc (IAWCC) continues to maintain the care for the community after many years and remains a proud, vibrant and peak organisation which has not only evolved and adapted with time, but which has also maintained its strong core values and principles through the delivery of high quality aged care, welfare, education, child care, and cultural services across all age ranges.

The dual focus on providing care services and educational programs aligns well with the goal of improving the quality of life for those less fortunate in society.

Additionally, by promoting Italian language and culture, the IAWCC not only preserves heritage but also fosters inclusivity and diversity within the Western Australian community.

Continuing to evolve and adapt while upholding strong values ensures that the  IAWCC remains a relevant and impactful organisation in supporting and enhancing the lives of the many individuals and families it serves.
